Zusammenfassung:The embodiment of the invention provides a variable-frame-rate video acquisition method, device and system for spaceflight telemetering, and the method comprises the steps: collecting video frames in real time at a first frame rate, and obtaining original video frames; caching the original video frames collected in a period of time; specific peripheral signals on a rocket body are collected in real time, and the cached original video frames are controlled to be output in a first frame rate mode or a second frame rate mode according to whether the specific peripheral signals are collected or not; wherein the second frame rate is smaller than the first frame rate; and encoding the output video frame to obtain encoded data, and transmitting the encoded data to a video receiving end device.
