The method comprises the following steps: converting an expected output voltage into a target voltage vector under a synchronous rotating coordinate system; according to the angular frequency of the expected target output voltage and the PWM control period, amplitude and phase adjustment is carried out on the target voltage vector, and an intermediate voltage vector is obtained; carrying out inverse transformation on the intermediate voltage vector to obtain compensated output voltage; and controlling the PWM output of the power electronic device according to the compensated output voltage.
