Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for improving the volatilization rate of silver in acid leaching slag, and belongs to the technical field of recovery of valuable metals in zinc smelting slag materials, the process comprises two main steps of heating melting and blowing volatilization, in the blowing step, the volatilization rate of silver is improved by adding high-sulfur pulverized coal and controlling the temperature and air utilization coefficient; the three implementation steps of drying dehydration, melting heating and blowing volatilization of the acid leaching residues are integrated and completed in one fuming furnace, sulfur in the acid leaching residues and sulfur in the high-sulfur pulverized coal serve as vulcanizing agents for silver volatilization, silver is volatilized into the secondary zinc oxide smoke dust, equipment investment is reduced, no extra vulcanizing agent for silver volatilization is added, and the production cost is reduced.
