Zusammenfassung: | The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking Arabic gum as a framework and acrylamide as a monomer, synthesizing an Arabic gum-based super absorbent resin type dust suppressant by adopting a free radical solution polymerization method; then paraffin oil is used as a core material, the gelatin-modified Arabic gum dust suppressant is used as a wall material, and the paraffin oil is coated by virtue of the electrostatic condensation effect of the two materials by adopting a complex coacervation method, so that the composite dust suppression microcapsule is synthesized. Aiming at randomness and variability of coal dust raising, gelatin-modified Arabic gum is used as a wall material to coat paraffin oil to synthesize a composite dust suppression microcapsule by using a microcapsule slow release technology, so that function integration optimization of a cohesive dust suppressant and an adhesive dust suppressant is realized.
