Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of heterogeneous palladium catalysts, in particular to preparation and application of a thiazole-containing column [5] arene/palladium complex for catalyzing Suzuki coupling reaction, which comprises the following steps: (1) heating column [5] arene, 4-methyl-5-hydroxyethyl thiazole and a solvent anhydrous acetonitrile in an oil bath at 80 DEG C for 24 hours according to a molar ratio of 1: 2.2, filtering after reaction, washing with diethyl ether, and drying; and (2) the thiazole-containing column [5] arene, palladium acetate and a solvent N, N-dimethylformamide are subjected to a reaction at 100 DEG C for 18 h, the molar ratio of the thiazole-containing column [5] arene to the palladium acetate is 1: 1.2, and after the reaction, recrystallization is performed in acetonitrile to obtain the thiazole-containing column [5] arene/palladium complex.
