Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an on-line ladle nozzle purging and sand filling method, which adopts an on-line operation mode to purge a ladle nozzle, and ensures that ladle liquid slag cannot be mixed into stuffing sand to cause an over-thick sintering layer through combination of two times of purging and two times of sand filling when a ladle is in an on-line vertical position. The problem of no self-flow caused by the fact that the sliding plate is opened and molten steel static pressure cannot break through the sintering layer due to the too thick sintering layer is avoided, and the steel ladle self-flow rate is improved. 本发明公开一种在线钢包水口吹扫及罐砂方法,采用在线操作方式进行钢包水口吹扫,在钢包在线竖直位时,通过两次吹扫、两次罐砂相组合,确保钢包液态渣不会混入引流砂中造成烧结层过厚,避免了因烧结层过厚导致滑板打开钢水静压力不能冲破烧结层引发的不自流问题,提高钢包自流率。
