The micro-fine particle flotation turbulence desorption behavior observation and desorption probability measurement device comprises an air inlet device, a stirring device, an adhesion section, a desorption section, a vibration device and a collection section. The air inlet device is composed of a micro-injection pump and an air inlet pipe, and an outlet of the air inlet pipe is fixed to the lower half section of the adhesion section. The stirring device is placed at the bottom of the adhesion section and achieves sufficient dispersion of particles at the bottom of the adhesion section. And the upper part of the adhesion section is connected with the bottom of the desorption section through a tapered reducer. A vibration grid is arranged in the desorption section, the upper part of the desorption section is communicated with the collection section through an incline
