Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a methanol synthesis catalyst based on a copper-zinc loaded matrix, which comprises the following steps: preparing a copper-zinc composite matrix with zinc particles partially coated on the surfaces of copper particles by a step-by-step in-situ precipitation method, then adding alumina gel as a catalyst carrier, and finally washing, drying, roasting, forming and reducing to obtain the methanol synthesis catalyst. By means of the method, the uniform and stable active component with the copper surface coated with zinc oxide is obtained through the convenient method, and the efficient methanol synthesis catalyst is obtained based on the active component. The local distribution mode of the copper and zinc active components can reduce waste caused by formation of bulk-phase catalytic active sites, and the utilization rate of the overall catalytic active sites of the catalyst is further improved.
