Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to application of a TIM-3 palmitoylation modified and targeted polypeptide in tumor immunotherapy. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the influence of TIM-3 palmitoylation on cell membrane expression and protein stability is clarified, the action mechanism of TIM-3 palmitoylation mediated CTL/NK cell depletion is researched, and the significance of TIM-3 palmitoylation on stable expression of TIM-3 is improved. A blocking polypeptide targeting a TIM-3 palmitoylation site is designed, a targeting intervention strategy is provided for inhibiting TIM-3 expression, and a new direction is provided for anti-tumor immunotherapy of targeting intervention TIM-3 palmitoylation.
