Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fatty acid nano-structure lipid carrier for improving bioavailability of curcumin, and belongs to the field of fine chemicals. Conjugated linoleic acid is used as liquid lipid, stearic acid is used as solid lipid, the curcumin-loaded nanostructure lipid carrier is prepared, and the biological acceptable rate of curcumin and the oxidation resistance of the system are improved. In a system embedded by a nano-structure lipid carrier (Cur-CLA-NLC) constructed by conjugated linoleic acid-stearic acid, the biological acceptable rate of curcumin is 85.7%, which is far higher than 11.7% of curcumin suspension (Cur-PBS) and 9.3% of curcumin, stearic acid and conjugated linoleic acid (Cur-SA-CLA) direct mixture system.
