The double-end hollow screw comprises a screw head part, a rod body part and a screw tail part, the screw head part, the rod body part and the screw tail part are sequentially connected, a first self-tapping thread is arranged on the surface of the screw head part, a notch plane is formed in the screw head part, and a threading hole for a suture to penetrate out is formed in the notch plane; second self-tapping threads are arranged on the surface of the nail tail portion, and an implanting notch is formed in the tail end of the nail tail portion. The first self-tapping thread and the second self-tapping thread are arranged at the two ends of the screw respectively, and a double-thread design structure is adopted, so that a fractured bone block can be stretched when the screw is implanted, the fractured bone block is reset, and fracture recovery is facilitated; the threading hole is formed in the nail head part, so that a tendon can be sutured by a suture conveniently, the screw can be connected with the tendo
