Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a forming method applied to an air bag in a tail rotor blade cavity. The forming method comprises the following steps: (1) according to the shrinkage rate of a rubber air bag material, a forming die cavity for manufacturing the air bag is lengthened by hmm in the length direction during pressing or pouring; (2) the upper rubber sheet is laid on an upper die of a forming die, and the lower rubber sheet is laid on a lower die of the forming die; 3) paving a non-porous isolating membrane between the upper rubber sheet and the lower rubber sheet; and (4) after the rubber air bag is formed, the rubber air bag is placed in the tail rotor blade cavity, and inflation operation is conducted on the rubber air bag.
