Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a mammary gland flap detacher which comprises a handle, an electrode knife body and an insulation cutting knife head, the electrode knife body is arranged on the handle, and the insulation cutting knife head is arranged on the electrode knife body in a sleeving mode. During an operation, after the electrode knife body is electrified, the insulated cutting knife head extends into a part to be stripped, such as a skin flap or a fascia; and during stripping, the electrode knife body is used for electrocoagulation hemostasis. The insulation cutting tool bit adopts the ceramic cutting tool bit, and the tip of the insulation cutting tool bit is semi-elliptical, so that the problems of non-uniform cutting and secondary damage to skin flaps are avoided.
