Boost circuit and voltage generating device

The booster circuit is provided with a voltage input unit (11), a voltage output unit (12), and an electrically conductive L-shaped fastener (71) at a substrate end of an insulating substrate (10), the L-shaped fastener (71) having a plate-shaped bottom surface section attached to the insulating substrate (10), and a plate-shaped back surface section bent from the bottom surface section and extending in a specific direction, and in the input unit (11) and the output unit (12), the voltage input unit (11) and the output unit (12) are electrically connected to each other. The capacitor (4), the diode (5), and a connecting line (51Y) that connects the insulating substrates (10) are electrically connected by means of a component connecting part, and the L-shaped fastener (71) is disposed so that the capacitor (4) and the diode (5) are electrically connected by means of the component connecting part.
