Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an inverter and an electronic device, and the inverter comprises a driving unit which is connected with the input end of the inverter and the output end of the inverter, comprises a first PMOS tube and a first NMOS tube, and is used for receiving an input signal and providing an output signal; the first switch unit is connected between the power supply end and the first PMOS tube; the second switch unit is connected between the grounding end and the first NMOS tube; the first delay unit is connected between the first switch unit and the input end of the inverter and is used for delaying the conduction starting time of the first switch unit at the falling edge of the input signal; and the second delay unit is connected between the second switch unit and the input end of the inverter and is used for delaying the conduction starting time of the second switch unit at the rising edge of the input signal.
