Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nanopore sensing signal noise removal method and device based on independent component analysis. The method comprises the following steps: synchronously acquiring a nanopore current signal and a bias voltage signal by using nanopore sensor signal acquisition equipment; carrying out mean removal and whitening preprocessing on the collected current signal and voltage signal to obtain a two-dimensional signal matrix; carrying out independent component separation on the non-correlation signal matrix to obtain two component signals, namely a nanopore via hole signal and background noise; identifying a component signal containing nanopore via signal information in combination with a frequency spectrum matching algorithm; and the variance and the amplitude of the component are recognized through a fast recovery algorithm, and a denoised nanopore via signal for feature recognition is obtained.
