Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a storage device performing self-diagnosis and a storage system including the same. The storage device configured to be connected to a redundant array of inexpensive disks (RAID) controller includes a plurality of non-volatile memories. The memory controller is configured to control the plurality of non-volatile memories to store data allocated by the RAID controller based on a RAID configuration signal received from the RAID controller. The memory controller is configured to perform a self-diagnosis on the plurality of non-volatile memories when the RAID configuration signal is deactivated to determine whether at least one of the plurality of non-volatile memories has an uncorrectable error.
