Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method and a device for detecting atomic group density to determine atomic beam flux, and belongs to the field of cold atom interference physics. The atomic spatial resolution is detected by acquiring data of a plurality of positions of a narrow detection beam which only interacts with a small part of atomic flux, the atomic group density is measured by adopting an absorption method, and atomic spatial density distribution is acquired in a preset height range; therefore, the atomic spatial resolution information is obtained, and the atomic beam flux is finally obtained.
