Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for detecting trace biguanide preservatives in a sodium hyaluronate-containing eye care solution. The method comprises the following steps: A, adding sodium hyaluronate enzyme into a to-be-detected sample solution for enzymolysis; and B, directly injecting the to-be-detected sample solution subjected to enzymolysis into a high performance liquid chromatograph, eluting by adopting a CS-C18 chromatographic column and taking a buffer salt solution with the pH value of 3.5-6.0 and acetonitrile as mobile phases, and detecting the content of the biguanide preservative. The method can realize accurate detection of trace biguanide preservatives in the contact lens care solution, and has the advantages of good linearity, high recovery rate, short analysis time, conventional and easily available consumables, economy and high efficiency.
