Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of wind power generation, and discloses a blade heating and deicing device which comprises an electric heating system, a control system and an environment detection system. The control system is connected with the electric heating system and used for controlling starting and stopping of the electric heating system, the environment detection system is connected with the control system and arranged on the outer side of a blade, the electric heating system is arranged in the blade, and the environment detection system comprises a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor. The temperature sensor is used for detecting the environment temperature, and the humidity sensor is used for detecting the environment humidity. According to the blade heating and deicing device and the control method, through comparison of the operation conditions of two wind power plants under the same environment condition, it is found that compared with a wind power plant with a conventional blad
