Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing phthalonitrile resin by using a 1, 2-disubstituted o-carborane monomer. The method comprises the following steps: taking a 1, 2-disubstituted o-carborane monomer and a phthalonitrile resin prepolymer as raw materials, and carrying out curing treatment under a certain condition to obtain the phthalonitrile resin, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a phthalonitrile resin prepolymer and 15 to 45 parts of a 1, 2-disubstituted o-carborane monomer; the 1, 2-disubstituted o-carborane monomer has a structural formula as shown in a formula I; according to the method, the heat resistance and the thermal oxidation resistance of the phthalonitrile resin are improved, and the phthalonitrile resin can be used for preparing high-temperature-resistant protective layers, hypersonic aircraft radar radomes and the like and has wide application prospects in the fields of aerospace and mechanical manufacturing.
