Compared with a method for preparing the 5-bromobenzo [D] [1, 3] dioxo-4-amine in the prior art, on one hand, the method for preparing the 5-bromobenzo [D] [1, 3] dioxo-4-amine is safe to operate, use of an expensive DPPA reagent is avoided, raw materials adopted by the method are low in price, and the production cost is reduced; on the other hand, the 5-bromobenzo [D] [1, 3] dioxo-4-amine prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is high in purity and high in yield, and is suitable for large-scale synthesis of the 5-bromobenzo [D] [1, 3] dioxo-4-amine.
