The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps: synthesis of trans-4-tert-butyl sulfinamide cyclohexane carboxylate, and deprotection and amino protection: taking 4-oxo-cyclohexane carboxylate and a chiral ligand reagent tert-butyl sulfinamide as raw materials, and reacting at the temperature of 80-90 DEG C to obtain the trans-4-tert-butyl sulfinamide cyclohexane carboxylate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out reductive amination under the catalysis of Lewis acid to obtain trans-4-tert-butyl sulfinamide cyclohexane carboxylate, and in the presence of a solvent, carrying out ester hydrolysis on the trans-4-tert-butyl sulfinamide cyclohexane carboxylate under an alkaline condition to obtain trans-4-tert-butyl sulfinamide cyclohexane carboxylic acid; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing trans-4-(tert- |
