Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a homogeneous and stable nano-metal cell culture interface. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, determining a metal material; s2, performing low-plasticity micro-motion opposite-grinding polishing on the metal material by utilizing a high-frequency ultrasonic signal and pulse current, so that a nano-structure layer is formed on the surface of the metal material; and S3, grinding the metal material with the nano-structure layer formed on the surface, and separating to obtain the nano-structure layer, namely the nano-metal cell culture interface.
