Fusion protein and application thereof

The invention relates to a fusion protein and application thereof. The fusion protein comprises RdCVF and a signal peptide, wherein the signal peptide is an amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 27-31 and SEQ ID NO: 33. The present application also relates to isolated nucleic acid molecules comprising a) a polynucleotide encoding RdCVF and b) a polynucleotide encoding a signal peptide. The invention further provides a carrier, a cell, a pharmaceutical composition and the like containing the nucleic acid molecule, and provides pharmaceutical application of the carrier, the cell, the pharmaceutical composition and the like.
