Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for synthesizing a two-dimensional layered structure which has improved characteristics of the advantages of a photonic band gap material and is represented by a general formula I. The structures of formula I exhibit enhanced and spectrally controllable/tunable photoluminescence. In particular, an ink formulation is made from an annealed powder of Formula I using a polymer as a binder and an organic solvent as a dispersant.
