Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power system planning method considering the uncertainty of new energy output, and the method comprises the steps: simulating the uncertainty of wind power and photovoltaic power generation through employing a scene method, and generating wind power and photovoltaic prediction correction values; establishing objective functions of thermal power operation cost, energy storage cost and wind curtailment and light curtailment cost based on the lowest operation cost; establishing a power system planning model considering the new energy output uncertainty through electric power balance constraint and thermal power generating unit, wind power generating unit, photovoltaic power generation equipment and energy storage device constraint; and solving the power system planning model considering the new energy output uncertainty by using an improved random drift particle swarm algorithm to obtain optimal operation parameters.
