Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a respiration biological feedback method and device based on virtual reality and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps that the position of a target signal is obtained; determining the breathing state of the user according to the position change of the target signal; wherein the target signal is generated through a controller attached to the surface of the abdomen of the user; and a virtual reality head-mounted device is in communication connection with the controller, and the position of the target signal is acquired through the head-mounted device.
