The invention provides a new energy energy efficiency evaluation system and method. The system comprises an operation data entry module, an energy efficiency evaluation index calculation module and an energy efficiency evaluation index visualization module. The operation data input module is used for inputting basic data and operation data of to-be-evaluated new energy power stations in a region; the energy efficiency evaluation index calculation module is used for determining a score value of each evaluation index corresponding to each new energy power station according to the basic data and the operation data of each new energy power station; and the energy efficiency evaluation index visualization module is used for determining the energy efficiency level of each new energy power station in the region according to the benchmark value of each evaluation index and the score value of each evaluation index corresponding to each new energy power station, and visually displaying the energy efficiency level.
