Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of an N, N-dimethylformamide lanthanum ferrite gas-sensitive sensing material, which comprises the following steps: (1) weighing La (NO3) 3.6 H2O and Fe (NO3) 3.9 H2O, dissolving in water, dropwise adding an ammonia water solution, and heating in a water bath; and (2) drying the reaction product, and calcining to obtain the lanthanum ferrite gas-sensitive sensing material. Compared with the prior art, the method is simple in process, low in synthesis temperature, excellent in gas selectivity and easy to industrialize.
本发明涉及一种N,N二甲基甲酰胺铁酸镧气敏传感材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取La(NO3)3·6H2O、Fe(NO3)3·9H2O溶于水中,再滴加入氨水溶液,水浴加热;(2)将反应产物烘干后,煅烧,得到铁酸镧气敏传感材料。与现有技术相比,本发明工艺简单,合成温度低,气体选择性优良,易于产业化。 |
