Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a trace atmosphere on-line detection system, which is characterized in that when the system is used for atmosphere detection, a fiber grating sensor converts the change of environmental parameters of detected equipment into the offset of Bragg wavelength; the environmental parameters comprise temperature, pressure, humidity and gas concentration; the demodulator obtains the offset of the Bragg wavelengths, combines the light intensities corresponding to different Bragg wavelengths after continuous offset to obtain spectral data, and uploads the spectral data to the upper computer; and the upper computer obtains actual values of the measured environmental parameters according to the spectral data and the calibration parameters. The accuracy of the detection effect can be improved, the detection system is more convenient, and real-time detection can be achieved.
