Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a display screen insulation shadow elimination structure which comprises a display substrate, a touch control film layer and a protective cover plate, an IM layer is further arranged between the display substrate and the touch control film layer and comprises SiO2 layers on the upper side and the lower side, a SiN layer and a SiAl layer are further arranged between the SiO2 layers on the upper side and the lower side, the SiAl layer is arranged on the side close to the display substrate, and the protective cover plate is arranged between the SiN layer and the SiAl layer. The silicon-aluminum alloy and the silicon nitride target are adopted to replace a niobium target in the prior art, the shadow elimination effect is guaranteed while the target material cost is greatly reduced, and meanwhile silicon nitride has the high dielectric constant, so that the IM film has the dual functions of insulation and shadow elimination.
