Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of steel and iron materials, particularly relates to a heat treatment process for improving the low-temperature toughness of low-carbon high-strength martensitic stainless steel, solves the problem that the low-carbon high-strength martensitic stainless steel is easy to generate temper brittleness during low-temperature tempering, and is mainly used for manufacturing high-strength corrosion-resistant castings or forgings. Firstly, a phase change point of a related material is measured; then, relevant castings or forgings are heated to be completely austenitized, heat preservation is conducted according to a conventional process, and quenching is conducted in an air cooling, oil cooling or water cooling mode after heat preservation is completed; after quenching, a casting or a forge piece is subjected to intermediate low-temperature tempering treatment at the temperature of 150-250 DEG C firstly, the quenching stress is reduced, and meanwhile a certain carbon and ni
