The mRNA at least contains at least one protein for coding the infectious bursal disease virus and/or a coding region of a fragment of at least one protein. The mRNA for coding the infectious bursal disease virus antigen is higher in production speed, more flexible and lower in cost, and cannot be integrated into a host genome, so that the basic safety is ensured.
