The problem that a seawater cooling system can only achieve heat dissipation of external equipment and cannot achieve self heat dissipation is solved. The system comprises cooling water self-circulation and lubricating oil self-circulation. An output shaft of a dragging motor in the system is connected with a rotating shaft of a variable pump through a coupler. After the variable pump pressurizes lubricating oil output by the lubricating system, the lubricating oil is pumped into an oil inlet of the hydraulic motor to drive the hydraulic motor to work, so that the hydraulic motor drives the sea water pump to work, cooling water in the water tank is output to external equipment through the sea water pump, and heat generated by the system can completely cool cooling water self-circulation and lubricating oil self-circulation through the cooler.
