The invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a main display area and a corner area. The corner region includes: a middle region adjacent to the first display region; and a plurality of extension regions extending from the intermediate region in a direction away from the intermediate region. The plurality of extension regions each have a linear shape, and the extension regions are spaced apart from each other.
