Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a perovskite photoelectric technology, in particular to a perovskite photoelectric device using a fluorine-containing sulfonate interface modifier and a preparation method of the perovskite photoelectric device. The perovskite photoelectric device comprises a perovskite light absorption layer and an interface modification layer laminated on the perovskite light absorption layer. The interface modification layer is made of fluorobenzene sulfonate.
