The modulation circuit comprises a PWM clock counter and a PWM wrong edge modulation time sequence control circuit, wherein the PWM clock counter is used for carrying out counting on a PWM clock; the PWM wrong edge modulation time sequence control circuit comprises a first time sequence control circuit, a second time sequence control circuit and a third time sequence control circuit, and is used for respectively carrying out time sequence logic combination operation according to input signals so as to respectively output PWM signals of a first channel, PWM signals of a second channel and PWM signals of a third channel.
