Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a flexible phase noise estimation method and device, and a storage device. The method comprises the following steps: receiving original signal data; the original signal data comprises a packet header H for synchronization and channel estimation and transmission data D; an initial phase estimation method is adopted for the packet header H, and an initial phase phi initial is obtained; and performing phase retrieval on the transmission data D by adopting a phase retrieval method according to the initial phase phi to obtain a phase damage value. The device is used for implementing the method.
