Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method and a device for converting pulse frequency into voltage. The method comprises the following steps of: converting an input pulse into two paths of differential switch control signals through a switch pulse conversion circuit; on the basis of the switch control signal and bias current provided by a bias circuit, charge transfer is formed through a complementary switch and a bypass capacitor of a frequency-to-voltage circuit, and node voltage is output; and filtering high-frequency ripples in the node voltage through a low-pass filter circuit to obtain final voltage, thereby converting the input pulse frequency into voltage. The input pulse frequency can be well converted into voltage, and control is convenient.
本发明公开了一种将脉冲频率转换为电压的方法及装置,其中方法包括以下步骤:通过开关脉冲转换电路将输入脉冲转换为两路差分的开关控制信号;基于所述开关控制信号和偏置电路提供的偏置电流,通过频率转电压电路的互补开关和旁路电容形成电荷搬运,并输出节点电压;通过低通滤波器电路过滤掉所述节点电压中的高频纹波得到最终的电压,从而将输入脉冲频率转换为电压。本发明能够很好地将输入脉冲频率转换为电压,便于控制。 |
