Comprising a numerical control oscillator, a frequency mixer, a gain adjuster, a CIC filter, a first FIR filter and a second FIR filter, so that digital down-conversion can be integrated into a special chip, and resource consumption is reduced; the digital controlled oscillator is realized by using the CORDIC algorithm, so that the flow line design of the structure is facilitated, the clock cycle of the system is reduced, the high-speed and high-precision effects are achieved under the condition that the data precision requirement is not influenced, and the digital controlled oscillator has the advantages of good time sequence and low power consumption.
