Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a fuel cell starting device and a control method and a control device thereof. The starting device comprises an air compressor; the circulating device comprises a first input end, a second input end and an output end, the first input end is communicated with the atmosphere, the output end is communicated with an inlet of the air compressor, an outlet of the air compressor is communicated with the air inlet, the second input end is communicated with the air outlet, and the oxygen content of air at the air outlet is lower than that of the atmosphere. The starting device solves the problem that in the prior art, due to surge of an air compressor, the flow of oxygen entering a galvanic pile cannot be reduced according to actual requirements. 本申请提供了一种燃料电池起动装置及其控制方法和控制装置,该起动装置包括:空压机;循环装置,循环装置包括第一输入端、第二输入端和输出端,第一输入端与大气连通,输出端与空压机的进口连通,空压机的出口与空气进口连通,第二输入端与空气出口连通,空气出口的空气的含氧量低于大气的含氧量。该起动装置解决了现有技术中由于空压机喘振导致无法按照实际需求减小进入电堆的氧气流量的问题。
