A mounting groove is formed in the upper end of the connecting shell, a connecting ring matched with the mounting groove is arranged at the upper end of the connecting shell, an induction sleeve shell is arranged at the lower end of the connecting shell, a mounting shell is arranged in the middle of the interior of the induction sleeve shell, a plurality of uniformly distributed induction devices are arranged in the mounting shell, and a generating device is arranged at the upper ends of the induction devices; and a driving device is arranged at the lower end in the mounting shell.
