Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an establishment method of a mechanical model of a gap hinge and a nonlinear dynamic analysis method. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a vector contact model containing a gap hinge; then mechanical models of point contact, line contact and surface contact at the hinge joint are established respectively, the axial contact model of the surface contact is a novel mechanical model, and expressions of the total contact force in all directions are given; the established novel mechanical model and the method for researching the nonlinear dynamic property characteristics of the hinge connection structure can be suitable for different hinge structures, and by taking a hinge beam as an example, an equivalent dynamic model of a hinge beam structure is established according to the established mechanical model of a gap hinge and a finite element method; and the influence of the hinge gap and the excitation frequency on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the hinged beam
