Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a true random number generator based on a Schottky junction. The true random number generator comprises a sampling circuit, the sampling circuit comprises four Schottky junctions, the four Schottky junctions are connected in an alternating current rectifier bridge mode, a connection point of one pair of bridge arms is used for being connected with a power source, a connection point of the other pair of bridge arms is connected with an output detection circuit, the output detection circuit comprises an operational amplifier, and the operational amplifier is connected with the sampling circuit. Two-channel noise signals generated by the four Schottky junctions are connected to the operational amplifier, and pulse signals output by the operational amplifier serve as sampling signals of random numbers.
