The method comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting bright field data; 2, the normal direction of the baffle plate is adjusted to be parallel to the X-ray propagation main direction, the center of the baffle plate and the center of the focus of the X-ray source are located on the same horizontal line, one side of a light outlet window of the X-ray source serves as a moving starting point, moving is conducted according to a preset stepping value till the baffle plate completely shields the light outlet window, and in the moving process, the baffle plate is moved to the original position; acquiring photon energy distribution data after each movement of the baffle plate by using a detector; and step 3, inversely solving the energy proportion of each sub-focus in the whole X-ray source focus by utilizing photon energy distribution data so as to obtain the size, the shape and the normal |
