Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for testing and evaluating the overall stress performance of a continuous box beam without interrupting traffic. Comprising the following steps: 1) selecting a bridge head of a tested bridge as an original point, taking a direction from the bridge head to a bridge tail as a positive direction, mounting a sensor on a section with a coordinate x on the bridge, and enabling a loading vehicle to get on the bridge from the bridge head end and run at a constant speed to pass through the bridge, obtaining an actual strain curve A of the bending moment value at the position x of the cross section along with the position change of the loading vehicle through data collected by the sensor; 2) deducing a theoretical strain curve B of the bending moment value at the cross section x along with the change of the position of the loading vehicle through a formula; and 3) comparing the similarity of the curve A obtained in the step 1) with the similarity of the curve B obtained in the step 2),
