Zusammenfassung:	A connecting device comprises a lock seat, a lock pin and a lock head. A locking end magnet and a releasing end magnet are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the lock seat. The lock pin comprises a locking end ferromagnetic material block, a releasing end ferromagnetic material block and a guide rod, wherein the locking end ferromagnetic material block and the releasing end ferromagnetic material block are oppositely arranged, and the locking end ferromagnetic material block and the releasing end ferromagnetic material block are movably connected with the lock seat through the guide rod. And the limiting rod is clamped with the limiting groove in the outer wall of the lock head when the locking end ferromagnetic material block and the locking end magnet are attracted so as to limit and lock the lock head in the groove of the lock seat, and is separated from the limiting groove to release the lock head when the releasing end ferromagnetic material block and the releasing end magnet are attracted.
