Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an inertia force generating device and a method for applying inertia force to a blade. The inertia force generating device provided by the invention comprises an inertia force applying part for applying inertia force to a position which is 20% to 50% of the total length of a blade from the root part of the blade; and an inertial force supply unit for supplying an inertial force of a desired magnitude to the inertial force application unit by means of the mass unit. Wherein the mass part is physically isolated from the blades.
