Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a double-boiler reheating steam supplementing complementary energy and waste heat power generation system and method, and relates to the field of steam power generation. Comprising a saturated steam waste heat boiler, a steam outlet of the saturated steam waste heat boiler is connected to a steam inlet of a gas furnace reheating system in a gas boiler, the pressure intensity in the gas furnace reheating system is lower than that in the saturated steam waste heat boiler, and a steam outlet of the gas furnace reheating system is connected with a steam turbine. The turbine drives the generator to work to generate electricity.
